Yikes!  Knowing a little bit about the way the body works, I'm not freaked out about her surviving with the bones dislocated.  The thing that amazes me is how the spinal cord somehow remained undamaged...

This is kinda icky.  Better than death, at least.   I do have a question, it was kind of ambiguous whether the woman is completely back to normal now or will ever be....  Will she recover and have her eyes and head and throat back to complete normality?  Or will she always have weird problems and maybe require artificial aids like neck screws?
