Haven't the Chinese along with the Russians been stealing American nuclear secrets since.. forever? This isn't news, if anything it's a fear ploy. But the timing is right, people know China is becoming strong so the article does hit a nerve. Still, this "Cold War" level has been reached decades ago.

Ha, governments have been stealing secrets from eachother for as long as theres been war.

Another cold war could be good though, the advance of technology during the last was insane.  :P

The fear not so much....

Meh countries whine and bicker I don't think we're anywhere near cold war levels yet, probably just a misquote taken out of context.
